At Poppy's Patina, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
